Hilton London Paddington, England – Tournament House Extension

HotelAdvice was originally both brokering the sale of the property seller and negotiating the changes to the Lease as well as change of use with superior landlord. HotelAdvice had further involvement in assisting owner and owners architects with advice in relation to the architectural and interior design in relation to the new 56 Deluxe bedroom and Executive lounge conversion including the interconnection with the existing Hilton London Paddington Hotel.

Initial complex works in relation to brokering the sale of the property, changes to superior lease and change of use, all subject to extended negotiation with Network Rail and Westminster City Council and involved the complications not only within the works of the Grade 1 Listed station, but also difficulties with access to the property due to ongoing Cross Rail works around and access to Paddington Railway Station, was all but forgotten at the time of opening this executive wing to Hilton Paddington.
