HotelAdvice, at times together with its parent company HCA Hospitality Group, has successfully completed many refurbishment and Property Improvement Plans ”PIP” projects for independent hotels to large brands including but not limited to assets such as Waldorf Hilton, Hilton London Paddington, Hyatt Regency Birmingham, DoubleTree by Hilton, Lisbon – Fontana Park and Hilton London Euston.
Our team has substantive experience in the coordination and/or project management of large development plans and consultation in relation to new hotel and resort projects in a couple of cases with construction budgets in excess US$100mill.
