HotelAdvice took charge in late 2007 and recommended owner not to renew an expiring Hotel Management Agreement and provided owner with a full Hotel Turnaround plan by de-branding the hotel,

HotelAdvice Manages the operations of the existing Grand Cayman Beach Suites hotel resort and Britannia golf course, acts as Owners Representatives in Cayman and Asset Managers covering over 60 acres of prime real estate and all assets owned by Embassy Investment Ltd. Our team has been involved since 2003 from pre-acquisition work, due diligence of the former Hyatt Regency resort to the now since Debranded Grand Cayman Beach Suites.

The Development team of HotelAdvice was engaged to overlook and project manage the new US$18mill additional two floor extension development which would add an additional 50% room and suites inventory, from appointment of all professional consultants within the Design team, feasibility studies, negotiations with brands and operators, obtain planning permission, preview of contractors as well as all the negotiations and discussions required with the Cayman Island Government.

An amazing expansion development project of the existing Beach side 53 deluxe all-suite hotel resort, formerly the exclusive part of Hyatt Regency hotel & resort, welcoming many prominent guests and celebrities alike since opening in 1999. This Hyatt resort was on the front cover of Conde Nast traveller magazine in the 2001 edition and listed as the resort of the World.

HotelAdvice already act as Asset Managers of the existing Grand Cayman Beach Suites, Britannia Golf and around 60 acres of prime estate for owners Grand Cayman Beach Suites Ltd. Our team has been involved since 2003 from pre-acquisition of the former Hyatt Regency resort to now. HotelAdvice received instructions in 2013 to design and project manage a new expansion of additional two floors to increase the resort to 80 Deluxe suite hotel with a new enlarged 3 bedroom Penthouse suite, to appoint design consultants with the aim of obtaining a planning permission to develop and furthermore negotiate operator agreement.

Full planning permission was granted in 2015 and the development is now moving towards tendering process and subsequently construction to follow.
